2. Services

Future Fund India provides professional services related to real estate marketing, property promotions, project investment facilitation, and business marketing solutions. Payments collected through the PhonePe Gateway are accepted only for these legitimate business activities.

3. Payment Policy

• All payments through PhonePe are subject to successful authorization and settlement by the payment gateway provider.
• Payments are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
• The Company shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption, or technical error in the payment process.
• Once payment is made, it will be treated as confirmation of your booking, investment, or service order.

4. Transaction Confirmation

After a successful transaction, a confirmation message or receipt will be sent to your registered email or phone number via PhonePe and/or Future Fund India. Please retain this confirmation for your records.

5. Investor Disclaimer

Payments made toward investment or marketing activities through Future Fund India do not guarantee fixed returns or profits. All investments are subject to market risks, regulatory approvals, and project feasibility. The Company acts solely as a service provider and is not liable for market performance or third-party commitments.

6. Limitation of Liability

Future Fund India shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from:

• Payment gateway malfunction,
• Unauthorized access, fraud, or data breach,
• Server or network issues,
• User error or incorrect transaction information.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of any transaction disputes or concerns, please first contact our support team at support@futurefundindia.in. If the matter remains unresolved, it will fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India only.

8. Modification of Terms

Future Fund India reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our official website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
